Die D52 ist die kleinste Bootsmaschine von Wilesco. Als Einzylindermaschine ist sie nicht selbst anlaufend, also für Boote nur bedingt geeignet. Ich habe die Maschine günstig in Ebay bekommen. Der Steuerexzenter mußte ausgetauscht werden, um sie zum Laufen zu bringen. Der Kessel hat erhebliche Kalkablagerungen wie man am Wasserstandsglas sehen kann.
The D52 is the smallest Wilesco Boat Engine. She is not self starting because she has only one cylinder. Therefore she is not really suited for boats. I got the engine from Ebay rather cheap. The eccentric had to be replaced to get her running. The boiler shows signs of calcification as can claerly be seen at the water gauge.

Die Maschine ist nicht ganz so leistungsstark wie ihre stationäre Schwester, die D10. Ansonsten läuft sie sehr ruhig für eine Wilesco und könnte eine preisgünstige Möglichkeit sein ein Dampfboot anzutreiben wenn es nicht wirklich auch Leistug ankommt. Die Maschine wird mit Welle, Kupplung aud Schraube geliefert.
The engine is not as powerful as her stationary sister the D10. She runs rather smooth for a Wilesco and may be a cheap way to drive a boat if ones requirements are limited. The engine comes complete with shaft, connector and propeller.
